I’m TJ, a mobility expert and breath-work enthusiast. I have more than a decade of experience as a personal trainer and physiotherapist.
From chronic pain to serious medical conditions, I’ve guided clients through a journey of healing and strength using a combination of breath-work, mobility exercises, and functional training. By reconnecting the body and mind through movement, I’ve seen people regain control of their health, rebuild their confidence, and unlock strength they didn’t know they had.

I’ll meet you where you’re currently at and create a personalised workout plan for you.

I am constantly in touch with my clients, never the less, I like to set a dedicate time aside to connect via Zoom or Facetime and go over your week. If you want, you’ll also have a chance to connect with other members of my community via group call where I do Q&A’s.

Step 1
Consultation Call
The first step is a call where my aim is to find out what your needs are and what your current situation is.
We’ll get to know each other and most importantly, I’ll be asking you a few questions which will help me figure out how I can help you.
Step 2
Custom Workout Plan
After having understood your situation and needs, I can now add you to my training platform where you’ll be given a personalised training plan.
This is NOT a one-size-fits-all, copy and pasted routine but something I will personally create for you and track over the following weeks.
Step 3
Custom Nutrition Plan
As you may have already heard, a big chunk of the work you’ll need to do happens in the kitchen!
My aim is to make this as comfortable for you as possible, so after creating your training program, we’ll also tweak your diet which I will be tracking via my platform.
Step 4
Weekly check-in
Although we’ll be in touch daily, I want to dedicate time every week to connect with you one-on-one via Zoom or Facetime and go over your week. This is a chance for us to tweak your training and make changes according to how you’re getting on.
If you want, you’ll also have a chance to connect with other members of my community via a separate group call where I do Q&A’s with everyone.
This is a great chance for everyone to feel connected and learn from each other, and most importantly not feel alone in this mountain we’re all climbing together!
